OVERVIEW OF ROLE The Document Controller is in charge of maintaining and controlling a comprehensive Project documentation System in accordance with Management System processes. All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices. -MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES • Maintain a comprehensive Document Control System as required to meet the requirements of the project.

• Provide support in the management of all Project documentation.

• Support internal departments produce documentation within MDR planned dates.

• Assist in supplying documentation for mobilization (hardcopy/electronic formats).

• Maintain an up-to-date database

• Support standards and procedures for the Document Controls Function -SKILLS

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

• Advanced PDF skills

• Good administration and organization skills

• Good communication/interpersonal skills

• Technical document control experience

• Experience of delivering document control within a contractor environment

• Understanding of the oil and Gas industry

• Team player, organized, pro-active, rigorous, good time keeper and flexible
