Job Description:

-Responsibilities:
•    Act as a Primary Point of Contact (PoC)  for internal and external source in terms of
              Any coordination regarding buy, lease and rental activities.   
•    Verify Purchase Request for the appropriate   project codes.
•    Review, understand and acknowledge  the Statement of Work or Statement of
            Needs from the requestor.
•    Ensure competition is accomplished prior  to the commitment via Purchase Order,
 Lease or other forms of contracts.
•    Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors  and landlords for better pricing, better
 Payment terms, better quality, and better timely delivery.
•    Conduct Vendor/Subcontract compliance check for standard such   as HSE, ISO9001 depending on the nature of work awarded.

-Qualifications:
•    BSC in any discipline preferably in Engineering or Commerce.
•    10 – 15 years of previous experience.
•    Construction Background is an asset.
•    Fluent in English.
