Job Description:

Create and work within budget guidelines for the assigned market • Responsible for business strategy implementation within assigned market

• Develop a sales plan for assigned territory

• Provide needed data to Sales & Operating Teams to efficiently manage the business

• Responsible for continuous improvement in the area of overall productivity and efficiency

• Effective management of sales terms and credit with assigned customers General:

• Accomplish all assigned duties safely

• Participate in all key performance management activities - goal setting meetings as required

• Mentor newer employees where required - Required Qualifications:

• BS degree required

• Degree should be in a chemistry related or materials field or otherwise, minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Polymers Sales - Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferable

• 5- 10 years Semiconductor Industry experience preferred

• Knowledge of Polymers

• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time, some international travel

• Able to work from home without distractions and accomplish objectives with little direct supervision

• Candidate will sell to engineers and upper management

• Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to large groups and answering technical questions from experts in the polymer and application process

• Excellent negotiations and communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization especially during customer interfacing situations

• Self-starter, works well with minimal supervision

• Motivated individual with ability to manage long (1-2 years) sales cycles before closing
